We arrange your legal address, banking, notary and compliance, so you can start operating quickly and legally.
Residency & Legal Status

Residency & Legal Status

With LiteTax you can also secure your Georgian Tax Residency Certificate (TRC) and Residence Card. Our team guides you through the requirements: for Individual Entrepreneurs (IE) this usually means €18,000 turnover and €5,000 balance for the Small Business status and takes care of the paperwork. This gives you a stable legal base without needing to spend 183 days per year in Georgia. While for LLC and VZC it depends on income distribution or physical presence. We take care of the paperwork and administration so you gain a stable legal base without the uncertainty of handling it yourself.
